Caim

[ky-em] (n) “inner sanctuary”, an invisible circle of protection to remind you that you’re safe and loved, even in the darkest of times

I guide high-achieving introverts to harness their power so that they can thrive in the workplace.

We live in a society where extroversion is idolized and favored.

Our culture often prioritizes the bold, quick do-er over the thoughtful, empathetic thinker.

As a result, introverts pay the price: feeling the need to change in order to succeed; unheard at work and in the context of close relationships; and deep down, believing they are deficient or not good enough.

It doesn’t need to be this way.

Our world desperately needs more of what introverts bring to the table.

I’m Emily.

A certified coach, HR professional, and introvert. My mission is to help other introverts reach their full potential, personally and professionally.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with countless introverts to help them embrace their strengths and to bring more of themselves to what they do. They are the inspiration behind Caim Coaching.

The Coaching Process

“The What”

Simply put, coaching is the process of taking stock of where you are and identifying where you want to go. The process of getting from point A to point B is the magic that is coaching.

As your coach, you can think of me as your “co-pilot” - you’re in the driver’s seat dictating what path we take, what success looks like, and how fast we go. But as your co-pilot, I’ve seen similar roads before. And I have tools, resources, and experience to lead us to your destination.

“The How”

My coaching style focuses on understanding your “inner world” (mindset, values, intuition, thought patterns) and aligning it to your “outer world” (relationships, goals, resilience and self care strategies, concrete action steps we take). As a lifelong learner, I also infuse psychology, professional development, and mind-body connection best practices.

Most importantly, I’m a big believer in taking action, even if it seems daunting (of course, with me by your side as your coach). Real change happens when we allow ourselves to face our shadows and put one foot in front of the other - as difficult as that initial first step might seem.

I guide my clients to more consciously embrace their strengths, develop strategies to access areas that come less naturally, and to show up in an extroverted world - on their terms - that leaves them feeling more energized, valued, and successful.

ELI Assessment

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract - like the way a person views the world - and turns it into something tangible —a metric that you can see, feel and act upon.

This assessment sheds light on how you invest your energy, solve problems, show up under stress, and relate to others.

1:1 Coaching

1:1 coaching is a tailored experience where we explore who you are, gain clarity on what matters most, and identify what’s holding you back from achieving your desired outcomes.

Once we’re clear on our vision, we’ll create a plan of action. We’ll continue to revisit this plan and iterate as needed to ensure you’re getting results. 1:1 Coaching also includes support between sessions as needed, as well as the option to begin with an ELI Assessment.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a customized program anchored around a specific theme, either as a single event or extended program.

In this setting, groups are able to safely explore and understand themselves and one another.

Example topics include: Mastering Your Inner Critic, Leading Through Change & Transition, Finding Your Voice on a Team of Extroverts, Managing Your Energy vs Your Time.

Beliefs that Power My Work

Success is an inside job

What we achieve inwardly will be manifested outwardly

Start before you’re ready

“Ready” is oftentimes an illusion, what you have right now is enough

Walk your own path

We’re all on our own journey. When we compare, we rob ourselves of joy

The only constant is change

Change is a process we’re involved in, versus able to control

Doing is work, being is effortless

When we lead with our strengths and intuition, our potential is limitless

Energy flows where attention goes

We get to decide what we give our power to
